Pre-order Refunds

At Abenadede Ventures, we specialize in offering products on a pre-order basis. This model allows us to bring you the latest and most innovative products. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Pre-order Cancellation

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the shipping payment has been requested. Once we notify you that the item is ready to ship and have requested the final shipping payment, the pre-order can no longer be canceled.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs paid. We may require photo evidence of the damage.

3. Final Sale

Once an item has been shipped and delivered in good condition, the sale is considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect upon arrival. This is due to the nature of the pre-order model where stock is specifically allocated to fulfill initial orders.
